Pick-up Arrangements may also be made within Metro Manila. Client will book and shoulder rider pick-up. We will not be liable for any loss or delays or damages during transit and delivery of orders.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Should your jewelry suffer a breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is either repaired or replaced at no cost to yourself if returned in under 3 days from date of registered receipt of the product. Repairs needed after 3 days or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur a repair charge. As we have no control over the forces and elements our products will be subject to after sale, we can only offer a minimal guarantee.
